Learn
Join us for thought-provoking discussions, fun debates, explorative workshops and panel events with some of the industry’s top experts. Knowledge and research underpins all that we do and we take a firm stand against woolly wellness claims. This is a bulls**t-free zone, and it’s diverse too – join us as we help make the wellness sphere more inclusive and supportive for all.
Eat
Social health is important to us and food provides the nourishment to learn and an occasion to stimulate social connection with others. Therefore, we offer plenty of sustenance at our live events. After all, it’s well documented that our brains work best when we’re well nourished. Digitally, we further this philosophy by providing recipes, cook-alongs and online events, and sharing offers and vouchers for food brands.
Work with us
What The Health? has established a diverse and very engaged community who trust that we’ll deliver insightful advice, credible speakers and wholesome food in an approachable setting, with plenty of laughter. Whether you’re into building brand relationships or after bespoke events for your company or organisation, we’d love to talk to you about ways we can work together.

TUESDAY 23 FEBRUARY
8pm-9pm GMT
Join Toral and Amy on Zoom for a discussion with personal trainer and sports therapist Joslyn Thompson Rule on on all things fit.
Joslyn is hugely inspirational when it comes to her own fitness credentials as well in the way she empowers others to get moving. She is a Nike Global Master Trainer, the founder of the Women in Fitness Summit and Be The Change Coaching Mentorship, a mother of two, and most recently she wrote How To… Move It (published by #Merky Books) - a guide that aims to reconnect readers with their own incredible bodies and understand all the amazing things they can do.
Our hour-long discussion will cover everything from finding confidence when it comes to fitness (and where to find it when lockdown lethargy has struck) to rediscovering movement after motherhood and finding appreciation for our bodies.
There will be plenty of time for a Q&A too, so bring along your questions and join in the discussion!
Register now for the Zoom link.
See you there!
